The homeowner’s called because their awning had become a magnet for dirt and grime. Their large patio needed a good surface cleaning as well. We provided a house wash for all siding, brick and gutters. Within a afternoon we were able to make a positive impression on how much we care about our clients property.
Awning cleaning is all about knowledge, experience and patience. Many times with awning cleaning, you have to clean and treat the awning several times to get the results. Awning; either fabric/canvass, or vinyl require special cleaning agents, brushes, and good weather. You never want to clean an awning in less than 70 degree temperatures. And after cleaning always apply a water repellent for added protection.
