This is one of the most interesting and challenging roof cleaning services that we have ever performed.  The challenge was to adequately clean a 15 year old, highly algae stained shingles that adjoined a new addition and expansion that the library has underway.  The contractor in charge of the addition was very skeptical that we could adequately clean the existing roof and visibly eliminate the high degree of staining and streaks that we will show below in our before and after pictures.    Please note the shingle line in the pictures where 15 years of staining and streaking were eliminated by our pro’s in one afternoon.  If these pictures do not make you believe that there is great value in roof cleaning…nothing will!  To replace this roof with all new shingles would have exceeded $30,000!  We were able to achieve our results for a very small fraction of that in just a few hours.

Watch Point is one of the nicest older neighborhoods on the east side of Cincinnati.  This home had a significant amount of infestation of both algae and lichen.  When lichen matures it turns to green, hairy-like, moss.  It’s deep rooting growth process deteriorates the structure of the shingle and can cause granular loss that will cause shingle cracking and ultimate failure.  This roof was almost 20 years old and we were successful in adding YEARS to its life cycle.  This home was heavily tree’d and landscaped creating a perfect opportunity for us to show off our results.  In our business…..its all about the results! This home was just bought and before the new owner moved in he wanted to make sure it was in its very best shape!  Thats where our Pro’s come into action!
